| History | Car Wash Technologies was started in 1995 in Pittsburgh, PA by Hank Richard. Hank expanded his retail petroleum consulting business with the addition of carwash systems. Vic Monteleone bought into the startup company bringing sales professionalism with him from Kimberly Clark. Soon, the company was the leading car wash service provider in PA. Growing alongside customers increased the service reach to include OH, KY, Northern W VA and Northern MD. |

| Growth | In February, 2011, National Car Wash Solutions merged with Car Wash Technologies and TEC of Knoxville to create the largest regional service provider in the car wash business. Our customers now reach into 10 states; PA, OH, WV, VA, KY, MD, TN, NC, GA, AL. The team is comprised of some of the industry’s brightest and most talented thought leaders. This merger also brings together a field force of over 30 of the industry’s best technicians and a back office support staff that is setting new standards for information and customer service reporting.
